Grow up children. Yes that is what all the complaining sounds like. I appreciate that we still get free offers. If people just read you can tell which costs and which doesn’t. The ones that are threatening to leave GO AHEAD. I am sure you will love having to find your own free books. ENT does us a great service. I for one am thankful for this service & I have no problem getting around the emails etc. It is still easy to me.

At first I was not crazy about the new format but after going through
it all now I don’t think it is so bad. It’s just different. In the old format I have accidently bought some books because I did not check to see if it was free. But you can go into your account and get them refunded so it is not that big of a deal!

Same here, have to keep flippingback to the email to go to the next group of books. Much easier when it,was all on one page.
