Close your eyes and imagine the smell of fresh bread wafting under your nose. Are you smiling yet? One of life’s greatest pleasures is sinking your teeth into a buttery slice of crusty bread, still warm from the oven.

And yet there is, especially in the United States, almost a universal carelessness about the quality and taste of the bread that we eat on a daily basis. People eat the most appalling trash imaginable, and accept it as a matter of course. The normal bread in an American household is a pasty white bread that is more air than food, devoid of nutrients, and stuffed with chemicals so it has a longer shelf life. And it tastes bad.

The recipes in this book make a homemade bread with complex flavor, no harsh yeast taste, and they require no kneading or hard work. You can have fresh, delicious bread every day, without fuss or muss.

What would you do if you suddenly found yourself twenty-five years in the past? For the nine-billion people of the year 2042 it’s no longer a question … it is a reality.

When a seemingly simple experiment goes disastrously wrong, James Baston finds himself stranded alongside the rest of mankind, twenty-five years in the past. A past where the old are once more young, the dead live and the world has been thrust into chaos.

Contacted by the scientist responsible for the disaster, James is recruited to help avert an even greater catastrophe. Along with a team of scientists, a reincarnated murder victim and a frustrated genius trapped in her six-year old body, James must stop the certain extinction of humanity. But if the deluded leader of the Church of Second Redemption has his way, humanity will disappear into potentiality, and he is willing to do anything to ensure that happens.

A serial killer, a murder victim, a dead priest, and James’ lives are all inextricably bound together as they plummet towards an explosive final confrontation, the winner of which will decide the fate of humanity.

I love the newsletter, my Kindle and all the books. The free ones and the ones you have to buy, at the low prices they charge. Not to mention the ease of getting. No fighting traffic or long checkout lines. On running from store to store looking for the one book you wanted to read. It’s all jut a few finger tips away. HOW GREAT IT IS. Plus we are saving trees, by reading paperless books.
