“I loved how the relationship between Dani and Mark progressed…And there’s actually no real mean girl in this novel. Hooray for that!” The Book Fairy’s Haven
“I really enjoyed reading this book – it was a fast, fun read that had me completely spellbound the entire time.” The Elliot Review

Relatively Famous delivers Hollywood with heart. Meet Dani McKinley: A typical teen whose world is rocked when she finds out that her father is a famous Hollywood action star. Now meet Mark Ocean: A self-serving actor with a floundering career who sees that a daughter is just what he needs to reinvent himself as a family man and get back on track. When the two decide to spend the summer together, they must not only wrangle their own love lives, but try to figure out who they really are to themselves and to each other.

Now armed with credit cards, club memberships, and a new wardrobe, Dani learns that what Mark has in wealth, he sorely lacks in parenting skills. Trying to show Mark that parenting is about more than loading her up with Prada bags and taking her to movie premieres is challenging enough, but she’s also got her hands full with her new friends. Oh, and the boys… Dani meets Jason, a gorgeous young personal trainer who is easy on the eyes and wildly flirtatious. But is this smug hottie the one for her? Or will she ignore her friends eye-rolling and go for the goofy but sweet surfer?

For half a century, a terrible secret lay hidden, locked in a trunk in an attic . . . photos, official documents, and scraps of a diary written by a young girl.
“The time has come when I must share my life story . . . some facts from the past that could make a contribution, however small it may be, to the history of mankind.”
The Secret Holocaust Diaries is a haunting eyewitness account of Nonna Lisowskaja Bannister, a remarkable Russian-American woman who saw and survived unspeakable evils as a young girl. For half a century she kept her story secret while living a normal American life. She locked all her photos, documents, diaries, and dark memories from World War II in a trunk. Late in life she unlocked the trunk, first for herself, then for her husband, and now for the rest of the world.
Nonna’s story is one of suffering, torture, and death—but also of incredible acts of kindness that show the ultimate triumph of faith and love over despair and evil. The Secret Holocaust Diaries is in part a tragedy, yet it’s also an unforgettable true story about forgiveness, courage, and hope.

These free books are habit forming. I mean I haven’t taken the time to just sit and read for a long time but for me at this time in my life while awaiting back surgery it is a God send. Thanks so much.

This series sounds like some really good reading! Thanks so much for your generosity. If it wasn’t free I’d probably not get it for a long long time. Happiest New Year from us at the Ponchot enclave!

May Prosperity visit you this New Year,
Dulci and Phillip Ponchot
