Whoever killed Shiloh Merkin hated her and wanted her dead. But did Wade Fraser, Alix’s brother-in-law and University of Montana anthropology professor, do the deed? What happened to the petroglyph of the bluejay shaman? Alix follows a trail of sex, moonlit rituals, and legendary artifacts as another murder leads her to a chilling confrontation with the killer. In this first novel of the Jackson Hole series about Alix Thorssen, Lise McClendon weaves a gripping tale of suspense, blending Indian lore, the timeless clash of western values, and the magnificent landscape of the Rockies.

This Book Is No Longer Free
by Deepak Chopra & The Chopra Foundation
Category: Religion & Spirituality
Save $9.99

In this Vook, Deepak Chopra and other great thinkers discuss the intersection of technology and spirituality, being and becoming, and the search for a reality that embraces science and wisdom. Deepak and the Chopra Foundation have brought together some of the sharpest minds in modern science, philosophy and religion to find a bridge between the material and spiritual worlds. The fantastic success of modern science on the technological front has enabled human beings to shape raw materials (metals, ceramics, polymers, etc.) and achieve what would have been magic in earlier ages: machines that fly, computers to hold almost infinite data, and pills that make pain disappear. But over the last decade, another voice has made itself heard, warning us that all is not well. Its shared message is: There is something else, a dimension of reality beyond the material world. Beyond us but in our midst. In “Sages and Scientists”, Deepak Chopra, Larry Dossey, G. Patrick Flanagan, Vladimir Voekov, Jim Tucker, Marilyn Schlitz, Marc Newkirk, Juliana Brooks Mortenson, Hans-Peter Duerr, Ervin Laszlo, Rustum Roy and Fred Alan Wolf talk about different ways that we can improve our lives, our souls, and our world.

I saved for about three years, I got a empty water jug from a friend and started tossing everyday change in it, saved up $200 by doing this. By that time the Price of the kindle went from $400 to $189, now even cheaper. So have your Grand-dauther save up and she can get one. Otherwise as Jane said there are from apps.
Good Luck and Blessed Be.
