Readers who are weary of a bipartisan American government, poor economic news, political posturing and bickering, and a deadlocked two-party system, will find “Angels Mark” to be a satisfying read: the perfect anecdote to watching the news.

The vegetarian recipes in this book are a mix of mainly Vegan recipes with a few Lacto-ovo vegetarian recipes. For all of the recipes that are not Vegan there is included a note about vegan substitutes in each recipe. The most important concept to take into account while being or becoming a vegetarian is to make sure that you are getting enough protein and nutrients to keep your body healthy and strong. This is important because too many vegetarians are not getting enough protein or nutrients from the food they eat. Vegetarian diets can be much healthier than meat filled diets if the right nutrient-rich foods are chosen in adequate quantities to meet caloric needs. It is not just a matter of suitable protein intake. The protein will be taken care of if you focus most of your attention on ingesting the right nutrients for the body’s needs. If you are a vegetarian, you need to take natural supplements and eat foods that are good sources of Omega-3 fatty acids, calcium, iron, zinc, vitamin B-12 and vitamin D.
