Superpowers don’t exist. Flying? Laser eyes? That’s kindergarten stuff. Superhero work is dangerous, and to do it right, it’s expensive. Few attempt the job. Even fewer succeed. The celebrity superheroes get all the attention and applause, but it’s time for some new blood.

Punch-Girl is ready. The death of the iconic BrightMan has left a void that Punch-Girl hopes to fill. She is skilled and experienced, but she is unknown. So she hires a marketing firm to position her among the big names. The campaign looks promising until a charismatic and mysterious supervillain steals her thunder.
