A serial killer is stalking the donors of the San Francisco Philharmonic and it is up to police detective Phillipa ‘Flip’ Morland to stop him. With her partner in the hospital, Flip must team up with classical musician Professor Jeremy Burke to catch the madman they’ve dubbed ‘Amadeus’ for his penchant of playing Mozart while he commits his brutal crimes.

Don’t miss the fast paced, non-stop action in this spine-tingling suspense featuring an unforgettable cast of characters.

Here’s what the reviewers have to say:

This is the third McGary book I’ve read, and as always, she makes the setting come to life. This book is the best yet, adding the darkness of the villain’s mind to a love story that manages to infuse passion and humor into the twists and turns of the plot. Oh – and as someone else mentioned, the book is virtually free of typos.

Great story and different plotline for this new book by Ms. McGary. This book is much more intense than her prior books but is a great read, as all her books are. The twist here is the non-traditional roles of the hero and heroine. And love does prove to be worth the effort.

This book will forever change how you experience classical music. Another winner by Ms. McGary with a touch of creepy and a satisfying ending that will leave you wanting to read more. Highly recommended for lovers of romantic suspense. A must read.

Wow, what a GREAT read! The pages are singed. My fingers are scorched. Non-stop action, sizzling sexy scenes, and grizzly murders done while listening to Mozart. Believe it or not it was even heart-warming, humorous, and left me holding my breath. I highly recommend this read.

You’re definitely going to enjoy reading this book about a SFPD Detective. It’s interesting, romantic, funny, sweet and exciting to read. It will have you holding your breath at times, but warm your heart and make you smile the rest of the time.
