Seventeen-year old Sarah’s life is turned upside down when her single mom is sent to jail. She’s forced to move, leaving behind everything she’s ever known, including her best friend Sydney. Lost and bitter in a new school, her one goal is to save money and move back home. Then she meets Angel Moreno.

Enigmatic but gorgeous, Angel is almost too good to be true. Except for one thing, his archaic belief that guys and girls can never be “just friends”. The problem? Sarah’s best friend Sydney is not a girl.

With their unexpected romance intensifying to places neither ever experienced, how long can Sarah keep Angel in the dark about the guy waiting for her back home?

Here’s what the reviewers have to say:

OMG I loved this book. I could not put it down. Can’t wait for the second one to come out. It was really intense. I got hooked just reading the prolouge and said I have to know what’s happens. Thank you for putting it on the kindle. I highly recommend this book.

This book is wonderful! Not only does it bring back memories of your first love, but it has an excellent story line that will get you hooked. With so many interesting twists this book keeps you on the edge of your seat the entire time. It is an easy to read romance that will melt your heart. It will make you wish you had an Angel Moreno of your own. Once you pick it up, be prepared to not be able to put it down!

Mrs. Reyes has just the right amount of drama, plot progression and descriptive excellence to keep you hooked! An excellent read, guaranteed to take you on a visceral, nostalgic ride.

About The Author

Elizabeth Reyes is a wife and mother of two wonderful teenagers. She has been writing all her life. It wasn’t until she came across a story she started long ago and never finished that she decided it needed to not only be finished but shared with the world. That’s when Forever Mine came to life. After publishing she decided the stories of all three brothers should be told and thus began writing Always Been Mine the second in the Moreno Brothers series. It is now complete and in the editing stages scheduled to be published tentatively in early May of 2011. The last in the series and a related novella about the Moreno brothers younger sister are both scheduled to be published later this year.

Writing is my passion. But I didn’t realize it until recently about 5 years ago. I began writing in high school mostly just for fun. I never once dreamed of or had aspirations of becoming a published writer. I just wrote because I loved to.

On The Moreno Brothers romance series:

I began writing Forever Mine in the 10th grade. I forgot all about it until many MANY years later after moving into a new home. I unpacked a box that had been sitting in my old houses garage closet. After unpacking old year books and school photos I’d long ago thought were lost forever. I came across an envelope with about seven chapters worth of Forever Mine. I became engrossed in the romance I’d forgotten all about. When I got to the last page I wrote, I was so disappointed because I REALLY wanted to know what happened next.

I decided to finish it. It has been one of the most pleasurable experiences of my life. I felt like I was living their story and enjoyed every minute. When I was finally done I cried. I missed my characters so much I decided there would be more. After much tweaking and editing I wanted the world to read Forever Mine, so I self published. Now I’m hooked on writing.

The experience continued as I worked on Always Been Mine the second in the series of The Moreno Brothers. I loved every minute of writing the temperamental incredibly sexy Alex. After holding off the release for more than a month to do more editing, I finally released it the last weekend of May 2011. My wonderful fans embraced the story, however despite all my efforts apparently it still has editing issues. I’m working on this guys I promise and for those of you who have already purchased I will be sure to update the product description as (RE-EDITED)so you can ask Amazon to re-download the cleaner version for free! (the downside of being self-published *sigh*)(Today is June 3d I will update as soon as it’s done!)

Moving on! As for my latest project, Sweet Sofie a novella about the Moreno Brothers little sister. Whoa! What a ride! Even I had to stop after re-reading and say, “OMG! no she didn’t!” lol Since it’s a novella I decided I’d change it up a bit. Biggest difference is the timeline. While all the other’s in the series are told in the course of a few months, this one will span years starting when she’s 10 through her early college years. I really REALLY enjoyed writing this one. And guess what? I’m DONE! HOWEVER, lesson learned it will be a WHILE before I dare release it. Going through rewrites now then will send out to beta readers, then rewrites based on feedback, THEN to a professional editor. (The one I have re-editing Always Been Mine now.)

My NEXT project, Making You Mine. The third and final installment of The Moreno Brothers. I’ve just started the first few chapters but the story has been swimming in my head through out the entire time I wrote Always Been Mine and Sweet Sofie. So it’s just a matter of getting it written. I will say this. I anticipate this one to be the longest in the series. So I’m thinking this won’t be ready until early 2012. I don’t know what I’ll do with myself when this is over! One reader suggested a novella about Romero and Isabella.. hmm we’ll see. I will update as things come up. For excerpts and sneak peaks of covers and blurbs I invite you to visit my blog
