The Summer Beach House

Summer is just around the corner, and for the first time in twelve years, I’m spending it away from my husband.

When my husband told me he got his dream job in Italy, I was nothing but supportive. Even though it means relocating halfway across the world and I’m not even sure about our marriage anymore.

My friend Mel gave me the keys to her beach house for the summer.

It’s an opportunity to spend two blissful months with my two young children, laugh, and write the screenplay I’ve been working on.
