“Vicki adds a humor to her journey that keeps you entertained and curious what is next. I would highly recommend it….” -Lisa P.

Drinking too much bubbly. Meeting sappy Frenchmen who have girlfriends or are creeps or both. Encountering problème after problème with French bureaucracy.

When newly-single party girl Vicki moved to Paris, she was hoping to taste wine, stuff her face with croissants, and maybe fall in love.

In her first book, this long-time blogger and semi-professional drinker recounts the ups and downs of her life in Paris.

Full of sass, shamefully honest admissions, and situations that seem too absurd to be true, Vicki makes you feel as if you’re stumbling along the cobblestones with her.

Will she find love? Will she learn to consume reasonable amounts of alcohol? Will the French administration ever cut her a break?

“…a wonderful, true to life story about three generations of women from one family.” -R. Jones

In a town called Daedalus Falls, it’s easy for the weight of wings to overwhelm. But in the summer of 1992, three generations of women in the Stanton family realize untapped strengths that give them the power to soar.

As her aging mother falls prey to the ravages of dementia, Bonnie races to make sense of both her past and present, discovering that the truth of long-buried family secrets has the power to destroy—or to heal.

Her niece Meg, meanwhile, is planning a wedding to the perfect man—and then watching fear and uncertainty pull them apart.

Finally, teenage Jane, turning away from the burden of family history, comes of age in a way she never thought possible as she learns to care for an autistic boy.

Ultimately, all three women discover grace and truth within themselves and their common bonds in this story of love and hope.

“What an exciting book! These three novellas, or episodes, are very addicting. I couldn’t put them down.” -Robyn

Lirium plays the part of the grim reaper well, with his dark trenchcoat, jackboots, and the black marks on his soul that every debt collector carries.

He’s just in it for his cut, the ten percent of the life energy he collects before he transfers it on to the high potentials, the people who will make the world a better place with their brains, their work, and their lives.

That hit of life energy, a bottle of vodka, and a visit from one of Madam Anastazja’s sex workers keep him alive, stable, and mostly sane… until he collects again.

But when his recovery ritual is disrupted by a sex worker who isn’t what she seems, he has to choose between doing an illegal hit for a girl whose story has more holes than his soul or facing the bottle alone–a dark pit he’s not sure he’ll be able to climb out of again.

In Victorian London’s cesspool of crime and disease, a series of murders remains undiscovered until a cholera victim is found floating in the city’s drinking water supply.

Dr Anton Kronberg, England’s best bacteriologist, is called upon to investigate and finds evidence of abduction and medical maltreatment.

While Scotland Yard has little interest in pursuing the case, Kronberg pushes on and crosses paths with Sherlock Holmes.

The detective immediately discovers Kronberg’s secret – a woman masquerading as a man in order to practice medicine – a criminal deed that could land her in prison for years to come.

But both must join forces to stop a crime so monstrous, it outshines Jack the Ripper’s deeds in brutality and cold-bloodedness.

Energy Magic: Creating Positive Life Change Through the Use of Bio-Universal Energy
by Katrina Rasbold and Eric Rasbold
Rating: 4.6 Stars
Genre: Non-Fiction
Price: $0.00 Save $10.95
Subject to change back to full price at any time.

How often do we stand firmly rooted in what we know to be a truly sacred moment, feeling the shivers run over us, and think, “If I could only bottle this energy and save it forever…”

When we are fortunate enough to feel the tingle of those precious moments in life that we want to savor, that we never want to end, the hair stands up on our necks and on our arms, our breath catches in our throats and we are momentarily humbled by the power and the pulse of what is happening to us and around us.

What if you really could capture that sacred moment? Would it be any less special? What if you could have more of those moments, even to the point of that becoming your norm rather than the ordinary being your standard of living?

For that matter, how often is our standard of living simply a feeling of relief that nothing horrible is happening in that moment?

Does the thought of that cause you to feel as though you would be running between the raindrops? Stealing something you should not be allowed to have? What if you could not only run through the raindrops, but dance through them?

What if your mind worked in such a way that even the challenging things that happen in your life felt like blessings that rain down upon you?

What if you could feel the power of God or The Goddess or The Universe just right there, at work in every moment of your life? Wouldn’t that be “true magic?”…..

Energy Magic provides the basic overview of the use of Bio-Universal energy while the other books in the Bio-Universal series explore different aspects of the practice in greater detail.

Have a great time in Paris, Ellen! If you’re just going to Paris on vacation you hopefully won’t encounter quite as much of the stuff I did, but you’ll still be able to relate to a lot of it!!!

I love the free and cheap prices. However, one of today’s free books cost over $3. when I went to Amazon to get it. I got it anyway because it sounds like a good read, but I am disappointed that it cost anything when your site said free. See info copied from Amazon site when I clicked on it:
