As far as matrimonial prospects were concerned, Lucy Bliss was told she’d make an excellent clergyman’s wife. Her mother, however, had loftier aspirations for her lovely younger sister Belinda. Belinda would marry a duke. More specifically, the Duke of Wardshire. Lucy was truly horrified. “Lucifer” Wardshire! Why, he was rumored to be as wicked as the devil, with orgies and mistresses–and worse!

As the London Season unfolded, Lucy couldn’t decide who was more abominable, her vulgar mama or the arrogant yet disconcertingly handsome duke. No matter, Lucy vowed to go to any lengths to protect her sister, even if her mission should take her into the very arms of the devilish duke himselfÉ.

“The story was flowing and she introduced characters at a good pace.” -K. Shepard

Moving from Wisconsin to sunny Los Angeles was the frosting on the cake of Annie Graceland’s perfect life. Her boutique bakery business was blossoming, she was happily married to a handsome, ambitious actor, and they were planning to have a baby.

Besides her derelict friends, the only thing that got Annie in serious trouble was her smidge of psychic ability: feeling other people’s sensations in her own body. She hated experiencing someone else’s peanut butter addiction, foot fetish, or murderous rage. Thank God, her psychic curse only kicked in when she was stressed.

When Annie discovers her husband is possibly cheating with oh-so-famous, self-help author, Dr. Fuller. Fuller ends up dead, poisoned with one of Annie’s signature cupcakes, and she becomes a prime murder suspect. When the not-so-good Doctor’s ghost doesn’t pass to the After-Life and is stuck on earth, Fuller decides to recruit, (aka, haunt), a live personal assistant to investigate and bring his killer to justice. Who better to help than Annie?

Now Annie is not only stuck with the most irritating ghost in the world, but is forced to spy on, and infiltrate the lives of Hollywood’s elite; the motley crew of suspects who wanted Fuller dead. Was it the porn star, the trophy wife, the talent manager, the personal trainer? Will Annie survive the L.A. whackos who wanted Fuller dead before she is whacked by the real killer?

“It’s a very clever, funny and entertaining tale.” -Marco S.

The Prince and the Singularity – A Circular Tale is a take on the Creation myth, drawing from different religious and philosophical sources and mixing them in an original, challenging and often very funny way. It is written in a multi-layered format, allowing it to be read both as a simple and entertaining fable and as a deeply philosophical work, full of hidden references and satire.

It’s the story of the Prince aka the Master aka Francis, who is more or less immortal and goes through the millennia fighting Desire and Rejection, the roots of all unhappiness and evil. He always fails until the moment he loses interest and decides to die, which he doesn’t. Instead he gets promoted.

Set in a small Cotswold town, Inspector Hobbes and the Blood is a fast-paced comedy crime fantasy about the adventures of Andy, an incompetent reporter, when he is reluctantly working with Inspector Hobbes, a police detective with a reputation. Andy soon finds himself immersed in a world where not everyone is human, and a late-night visit to a churchyard nearly results in grave consequences, and a ghoulish outcome. An accidental fire leads to Andy having to doss in Hobbes’s spare room. Contending with a wave of murder, suicide and robbery, as well as Hobbes’s weirdness, is the just the start; he must also get to grips with Mrs Goodfellow, Hobbes’s housekeeper, who collects teeth.

Although they are mostly from humans, she also claims to have some vampire specimens. When Hobbes goes missing, Andy, with the dubious assistance of Dregs, Hobbes’s big, bad dog, and armed with a leg of lamb, searches for him. Will he triumph over crazed blood lust and human sacrifice? Can Andy with Hobbes’s friends, a binge-drinking dwarf and a troll who looks uncannily human, save the day? And can Andy catch vampirism from false teeth? These and other questions may be answered in Inspector Hobbes and the Blood.
