Ben Anderson goes to bed Sunday night, lying next to his wife in the comfort and safety of their Pennsylvania family home, to wake up the next day in a rundown motel in California — alone.

He doesn’t know how he got there, he doesn’t know where his family is, and written in dried blood on the bathroom door are the words LET THE GAME BEGIN.

Soon Ben is contacted by Simon. Simon knows all there is to know about Ben, more than he cares to remember himself.

If Ben wants to save himself and his family, he will have to do everything Simon says.

As the game begins — with stakes much higher than either man can imagine — no one knows where it will lead or how it will end.

Only one thing is for certain: this time the game will change everything.

Take this trip with Rebecca through all of the open houses and the lives lived in them – is one of them yours?

After divorcing his wife of two years, Gary Lettner thinks he has found the perfect house for himself and Molly, his eight-year-old daschund.

But when the throats of the dead begin to cry out in a voice that only Molly can hear, and when evidence of past atrocities committed in his new home begin to surface, Gary finds himself an unlikely participant in a brutal quest for vengeance.

Dogs of War is a 25,000 word novella, a tale of love, revenge and sacrifice unlike anything you’ve read before. Some crimes are too horrible to go unpunished, no matter the cost.

Rating: 5.0 Stars
Genre: Children’s Books ages 9-12
Price: $0.00 Save $6.99

An engaging tween novel by Andrea Stein, Saving Hannah is the sort of book that encourages girls to think beyond reality television and fruit-flavored lip-gloss. Meet Rose, her parents decide to start an organic farm, which transplants her from Manhattan to rural Weston. She’s not happy about this until she takes part in a contest sponsored by the Atlas Institute for Leadership-the grand prize is a trip to New York City. Her teammates in the challenge are Poppy, a science geek, Daisy, a bad girl gamer, and Lily, an overachieving know-it-all. With her eye on the Big Apple, Rose recovers a diary in the library that clears a founding member of Weston of wrongdoings and learns that each of her new gal pals brings something to the table to outsmart the mayor, rival teams, and the cagey Dr. Smith who concocted the entire contest as a plot that’s anything but civic-minded. This debut is first in a series about their girl power adventures.

I received a Kindle last Christmas and use it constantly. You know what? I think it would be neat to be able to purchase add-ons or software to upgrade my Kindle to something near the Kindle Fire. Just think of the possibilities. The ones of us who took a chance and bought your first product Kindle and could not afford to buy a second one, but could afford some soft wear would be forever grateful to your company and speak only good things about it. What a great PR that would be.
