Vek: Until the Fire Burns

Vektoria Rayne is a Fire, a fire maiden of the Kavala, a tribe of assassins. But with this title comes deadly enemies. After the Kavala are decimated, she returns to their island to help rebuild her people. Since only inexperienced youth remain, Vek fears for their survival against a growing threat.

Along with Fang, her warrior counterpart and husband, Vek must travel to a perilous and hostile land to bring about the downfall of the man threatening her people’s extinction. But when their plan goes awry, Vek must choose whether to continue to push forward and risk losing the one person most important to her. Or give up and lose her entire world.
