Charlene Williams is a broken woman trapped in a dangerously violent marriage. When her husband Dale suspects her of infidelity, he whisks her away to his family’s isolated, dilapidated ranch and leaves her there, beaten and unconscious.

When Charlene awakens, everything has changed, including the century. The ranch is new, alive with activity, and run by handsome cowboy Billy Page. Intuitively aware Charlene is running from someone, Billy and his mother open their home to her, offering protection, security, and perhaps a chance at something more?

But can she, should she, build a life in the wrong century? Especially if Dale is planning revenge in the future?
