When I moved back to my cozy little beach town, I wasn’t expecting to be next-door to Nick Watson—my former rival. Especially now that he’s an annoyingly attractive renovation foreman who surfs in a custom Santa-red wetsuit.

To be clear, I’m not falling for his charm. Nope. Not happening. I don’t care how many things he fixes in my crumbling cottage or how good he looks while using power tools.
