Who wants to live to be 90? At that age, you are more likely to need long-term care in a nursing home. Who wants that? On the other hand, most people don’t want to drop dead of a heart attack in their 50’s either. So, with that thought in mind, here’s a few healthy tips put together from years of research and a healthy interest in good health. This book offers some things to try and some things to avoid. This book is certainly not meant to promise any cures or diagnosis any illnesses. It’s just meant for good reading. However, the last page contains credible sources such as NIH and The New England Journal of Health.

About The Author

Hello. My name is Suzanne Leavitt and I am an Author, Journalist and full-time Freelance Writer. Previously, my background had been in Marketing/Advertising. Then in the spring of ’93, I sat down at my computer and wrote “Troubled” in 13 weeks. It sat on my book shelf while I finished raising my four children. During the next 13 years, I explored other career opportunities. I was even an insurance agent for about three years. Then in 2007, I picked up the book, blew the dust off and did some major editing, polishing and modernizing.

It was published in 2007. Since then, I stopped fighting the urge to be creative and I realized how much I loved to write. I went on to write “Michael’s Island” and “The Trainport”. In addition, I wrote The Little Aaron Book children’s series with titles such as “I Used To Jump On The Bed” and “I Used To Be Scared Of Bugs”. In 2008, I began professional freelancing as a writer. I have reported and written for five newspapers, researched and wrote for several magazines, created movie scripts and complete content for many websites. I am also the Healthy Living Examiner for examiner.com. Recently, I added to my list of works, a brief book on preventative medicine entitled, “Healthy Peace and Drug Wars” and a collection of short humor stories called “Funny People Stuff”. I am living a dream. Thanks for being a reader.

Thank you for considering today’s Book Of The Day – Suzanne Leavitt and ENT appreciate it.
