A dancer on the verge of achieving her dreams is devastated by an injury, and the scientist who loves her begins a painful search for answers to the mysteries of the human heart.

Each will have the chance to save a life. One will succeed, one will not. And then they will face the most difficult quest of all – navigating the space that lies between them.

Here’s what the reviewers have to say:

This is another great story by a wonderful author, who researches her information to make her stories believable. You feel you are actually experiencing what is happening as you read it. I love her descriptions of people, places and things. I loved this book.

*******

This is one of the best books I have read in awhile. The characters are well developed, realistic, and grow through their adversity. The story line is interesting, believable, and touches the emotions. I had to remove my glasses and reach for a tissue-that does not often happen! The settings are well researched. I definitely recommend this wonderful read.

*******

The writing is very good and smooth. There just weren’t any parts that threw me out of the story, and there weren’t any parts I wanted to skip. I would heartily recommend this book.

*******

This book was a light read and very enjoyable. Redemption for both main characters is a given along with enough plot twists to keep you turning the pages. I’d recommend this book to others to read.

This was such a pleasure to read! The writing is wonderful – insightful, while clever. I was drawn to, and so enjoyed, the ballet storyline, but there is much more to this book than that. And to top it off, there were none of those tasteless explicit sex scenes, to skip over. Bravo!
