“A great read. Very well written. I absolutely loved the dynamics of the characters and their stories. This is my first time reading one of Mr. Lewis’s books, but it certainly won’t be my last.” – Mrs. Hill

Loan Officer Tammy McDonald has just come out of another failed relationship with a wannabe thug. To break this destructive pattern, she leaves her home city of Dallas for San Diego. As she settles in rainbow California, fantasies of meeting an ebony prince fade, so she eyes Dale Bristol as a potential ivory replacement.

Terrell Jackson is San Diego’s only black optometrist. Women regularly drop in for more than just eye exams, but he stays true to his girl Tasha until a wet dream unleashes a ridiculous outburst. Fed up with her jealous fits, he denounces the common “dedramanators” in his life-black women.

Even though Penelope Miller was raised in the South by a racist father once affiliated with the KKK, she can’t ignore her attraction to black men. But she never expected to fall in love with one…nor did she expect her “interracial felony” to threaten their lives.

SELLOUT follows these three individuals and the consequences of dating outside their race. In the quest to find what they think is missing in their lives, they encounter guilt, fear and mess they never anticipated…including murder.

“A genuinely moving mystery … It’s always a pleasure to spend time with Skip, a no-nonsense, level-headed heroine in a wild and reckless city.” -THE BALTIMORE SUN

Everybody loved easygoing Ham Brocato, producer of the famed New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival. So how did he end up stabbed to death in his kitchen on the eve of the fest? New Orleans Homicide Detective Skip Langdon acquires a ready-made suspect list from the victim’s live-in lover, feisty and swiftly rising star Ti-Belle Thiebaud, and sets out to solve the murder. To complicate the case, the victim’s sixteen-year-old blues musician sister has disappeared, and Skip suspects that if the young woman isn’t the murderer, she’s in mortal danger from the person who is.

Skip doesn’t miss much as she probes the victim’s tangled relationships, including Ariel Bruge, Ham’s assistant, apparently a woman scorned; his father George, enmeshed with family members in a bitter disagreement over the family’s lucrative Po’ Boy chain; and Patty, the distraught stepmother.

With her long-distance love, Steve Steinman, and her gay landlord, Jimmy Dee, to assist her, Skip trails an elusive killer through a sweltering early summer in the steamy Big Easy, a lively blend of big city and gossipy small town, in a tale of southern kinships gone awry.

His name is Breslyn, Prince of Dagda of the Tuatha Dé. He is a royal Fae, immortal and endowed with more than eye candy looks. He is a being with immeasurable powers but life for him lacked something—so he looked around, and found…humans.

Watching their lives and interactions, from another dimension filled him with feelings he had thought long lost in the ennui of immortality. The more he watched–the more addicted to their antics he became. An affection for the human race grew inside the heart Fae are not supposed to have, and it was inevitable that he began to have preferences with regards to them.

In 1314, when Scotland’s rule was in jeopardy and the British were about to take more than they should, he chose a side–and then he saw her, and nothing would ever be the same for the prince ever again…

Welcome to the Woodfield Movie Palace. The night the Titanic sank, it opened for business…and its builder died in his chair. In the 1950s, there was a fire; a balcony full of people burned to death. And years later, when it became the scene of one of Harmony, Indiana’s most notorious murders, it closed for good. Abandoned, sealed, locked up tight…until now. Tonight, Professor Geoffrey Burke and his Parapsychology students have come to the Woodfield in search of evidence, hoping to find irrefutable proof of a haunting. Instead, they will discover that, in this theater, the terrors are not confined to the screen.

Grazie for the post, honestly, can you boecme a topic contributor for wikipedia because the current pages in there for our hobby is frankly next to useless. I don’t quite agree exactly with it but I agree with it on the most part and I wholeheartedly applaud your effort in putting it so ably.

I understand why you had to change the format and it sucks, but if Amazon says it has to be, then what can you do? Nothing, unfortunately. Thank you for doing what you are doing, but I have a suggestion. I suggest changing the tab on the right from “Free Kindle Books” to “Bargain/Free Kindle Books”. Just saying Free is kind of misleading. But, again, thanks for doing what you are doing.
