Amazon Expands Kindle Self-Publishing To Authors Outside The US

Amazon has announced that authors outside the United States can now publish their books to Kindle. They have also announced that their Digital Text Platform will now support books written in French and German. Amazon has said that additional languages will be supported in upcoming months.
