When Vince and Hadley take the case to prove Dennis’s innocence, Eddie comes out of retirement to help them. But Vince and Hadley don’t know if he’s looking out for their client or trying to cover up a decades-old conspiracy. As they dig into the past, they run up against rich and powerful people who desperately want the conviction to stand. As tensions mount inside the detective agency, they face grave threats from an unknown enemy and find themselves in a battle to survive.
