Murder in Aspen Notch

A picturesque small town, fresh mountain air, and an unexpected murder.

Sue and Alan found each other later in life, now newlyweds, they relocate to Aspen Notch, a small town in the Poconos, where they can enjoy the mountain vistas and a restful retirement.

Out of the blue, Alan is offered an interim position as chief of police, Aspen Notch’s only cop. Thinking it will be an easy gig in a quiet town, Sue encourages Alan to accept the job while she focuses on the renovations to the home they bought.

Barely settled, Sue stumbles on a dead body, inherits an unruly puppy, and receives a death threat. With the clock ticking, can she help Alan solve the crime before the killer makes good on the warning?
